Youth Clubs return to #Chessington with Achieving for Children and Chessington Organisations

After an absence of over a year Youth Clubs are returning to Chessington!

Many may remember the press coverage in 2016 when Youth Clubs across the borough closed, leaving many children without facilities and a place to meet.

Achieving for Children (https://www.achievingforchildren.org.uk / https://www.afclocaloffer.org.uk) in association with Chessington Sports Centre, Chessington Community College and Chessington Community Matters have come together to create a new Youth Club for the area.

The Youth Club will be based in Chessington Sports Centre and will utilise the lounge and outside areas. It will run from 6:15pm every Thursday from the 8th of June 2017 during school term time.

The Youth Club will have access to some of the facilities of the sports centre both inside and outside in addition to a social area to relax, play games, meet friends, listen to music and watch TV.

The Youth Club is aimed at school years 7 to 13.

To help us publicise The Youth Club a print quality version of the poster is available here, this can be used from the 27th May 2017 onwards (half term).
